All cataract surgeries done in Makati Eye Laser Center use the sutureless Phacoemulsification technique, under topical anesthesia with the patient going home after the twenty minute procedure. An anesthesiologist is present during the treatment, ensuring the comfort and safety of every patient. The operated eye is not bandaged but protected by the eyewear, enabling the person to walk around and do normal activities at home.
